medicationstatement

A record of a medication that is being consumed by a patient. A MedicationStatement may indicate that the patient may be taking the medication now or has taken the medication in the past or will be taking the medication in the future. See the HL7 FHIR R4 spec for full details.

Reference Table:

The medicationstatement_references table contains normalized references from the medication statement to other entities. It supports the following reference properties:

• medication_reference (required): links to the medication being taken
• subject (required): links to the patient who is taking the medication
